Client Relations Manager

About the role

Vertec is a Kansas City technology company building software, automation and manufacturing capabilities for the factories of the future. Our custom print product line produces DTF transfers and UV printed products for businesses, print shops and organizations.

As Client Relations Manager you own sales and client relations for that product line, from first contact through support after the order. You report to Vertec's Director of Sales and work alongside the rest of the Vertec team.

What you will do

• Grow sales through direct outreach, cold calling, email marketing, power dialers and sales automation
• Handle customer support requests, refunds and reprints
• Develop discount programs, bulk buy strategies and pricing for approval
• Develop marketing content, including photos, video, social media and email campaigns
• Recruit and interview future sales and client relations team members

What we are looking for

• Experience in sales, client relations or account management, ideally in print, apparel or promotional products
• Comfort picking up the phone, following up, and closing
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across sales and support

Schedule and compensation

• Full-time, on-site in Kansas City, MO
• Monday through Friday, hours set together in your first week
• Commission on sales with a monthly draw against commission
• Two weeks of paid time off per year
